- We aim to complete the review process within 48 hours. Should any issues be identified, we will reach out to you via the registered email address.
- It remains your ongoing responsibility to ensure all information in your listing stays current and accurate.
- We reserve the absolute right to reject, modify, or remove any listing that we consider unsuitable or in breach of these terms.
- To cancel your membership or request removal of your listing, please send a written request to info@cpdrecords.com.
Detailed Terms and Conditions
Submitting a listing on CPD Records means you fully accept and agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below:
1. Definitions and Interpretation
The terms below will have the following meanings when used in these Terms and Conditions:
"Account"
means the registered user profile required to submit and manage directory listings on the platform;
"Content"
includes all text, images, logos, course descriptions, documents and any other material submitted as part of a listing;
"Listing"
refers to any directory entry containing information about a training provider, individual trainer, or accredited CPD activity;
"Listed Provider"
means any organisation or individual trainer whose details are published in the CPD Records directory;
"Listed Activity"
means any CPD course, workshop or professional development activity featured within a listing;
"User"
means any person or entity accessing or using the website who is not employed by CPD Records;
"Website"
refers to https://www.cpdrecords.com/ including all pages and sub-domains.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
2.1 To submit any listing you must create an account and provide accurate personal and/or business information.
2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and all information contained in your listings at all times.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading or outdated information.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All original materials on the CPD Records platform (excluding user listings) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or systematically extract any content from the website without our prior written consent.
3.3 By submitting a listing, you confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the content you are publishing.
4. Rules for Submitting Listings
4.1 When creating a listing you must comply with the following rules:
4.1.1 Only submit CPD activities and provider information for which you hold proper ownership or authorisation.
4.1.2 Do not submit listings on behalf of any third party without their explicit permission.
4.1.3 Ensure all listed courses meet relevant accreditation standards where claimed.
4.2 All listings are subject to moderation. CPD Records may approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
4.3 If your listing is removed due to a serious breach, we will notify you by email and explain the reason for the action taken.
5. Links to External Websites
The directory may contain links to websites operated by listed providers or other third parties. CPD Records has no control over these external sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or any loss or damage resulting from your use of them. Inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 CPD Records operates as a directory platform only and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of any listed provider, course, or activity.
6.2 We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your reliance on information contained in the directory or from any interaction with listed providers.
6.3 We make reasonable efforts to keep the directory accurate but do not warrant that all information will be complete, up-to-date, or error-free at all times.
7. Termination and Cancellation
7.1 You may request cancellation of your membership or removal of your listing(s) at any time by contacting us in writing at info@cpdrecords.com.
7.2 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach any of these terms, with or without prior notice.
8. Privacy and General Provisions
8.1 Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 CPD Records reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
